The voltage and charging voltage of LiFePO4 batteries are as follows:
Single cell battery:
Rated voltage: 3.2V.
Charging cut-off voltage: 3.6V~3.65V.
Discharge cut-off voltage: 2.0V~2.5V. It is generally considered that 2.5V is the ideal discharge cut-off voltage. Below this voltage, irreversible damage to the battery may occur.
Battery pack: Taking common 12V, 24V, 48V battery packs as an example:
12V battery pack: composed of 4 individual batteries connected in series, with a full charge voltage of about 14.6V and a discharge cut-off voltage of about 10V. The voltage varies in different battery states, such as 13.3V-13.4V at 80% -90% SOC; At 50% SOC, the voltage is around 13.0V.
24V battery pack: consisting of 8 individual cells connected in series, with a fully charged voltage of approximately 29.2V and a discharge cut-off voltage of 20V.
48V battery pack: consisting of 16 individual cells connected in series, with a fully charged voltage of approximately 58.4V and a discharge cut-off voltage of 40V.
LiFePO4 batteries produced by different manufacturers may have some differences in voltage parameters due to the quality and process of the positive and negative electrode materials, electrolyte materials used
